Giving Opportunities

Tuition at Holy Family Catholic High School does not cover the total cost to educate a student. In fact, approximately 15 percent of the cost to educate each student is not covered by tuition revenue.

Holy Family depends on the annual fund, major gifts, and special events to support and enrich its curriculum and programs and close the funding gap. 

The 2023-2024 Holy Family Annual Fund Goal is $815,000. This amount is required to bridge the difference between revenue and the cost to educate.

The Holy Family Annual Fund supports the operating budget, as well as enhances all aspects of our programs.

Recurring operational needs supported by the annual fund include:

• Tuition assistance for approximately one-third of our families;
• Coaching and advisory salaries, equipment needs, and transportation expenses for athletics and activities;
• Curriculum materials;
• Upgrades to technology;
• Salaries and professional development for teachers and administrative staff;
• Utility expenses;
• Facility management and upkeep.

Annual funds are used differently depending on the school, but in general cover operational expenses.

A capital campaign is a multi-year strategic fundraising initiative that raises funds for a specific purpose. Capital campaigns typically have goals that exceed that of an annual fund and seek restricted funding for a specific purpose or project of related projects.

At Holy Family Catholic High School, we believe that all students deserve to learn and explore their faith in a supportive, inclusive, and academically challenging environment.

Holy Family does increase tuition as necessary on an annual basis. However, the belief that a Holy Family education should be available to every student and family is rooted in our Lasallian tradition. By making Holy Family financially accessible, we build a community that is inclusive for those families desiring a Catholic education.
