Gas Card Order Forms

please submit payment to the school office

1. Checks payable to Holy Family Catholic High School
2. Kris Foudray will notify you when the cards are available for you to pick up. (Questions) Kris Foudray 612-237-5454 or kfoudray@yahoo.com.
3. The cards should be ready to pick up within a week of turning money and order into the office.

• Gift Cards can be used at the pump or inside the stores.
• Purchasers receive 100% value for the gift card. Cards are good for ten years.
• Designated HF Activity will receive 7% of Holiday sales & 5% of Kwik Trip sales
