Graduation Information

Class of 2026 Information

Sunday, TBD- Senior Retreat is at Camp Friendship in Annandale from 9 AM on Sunday, TBD to noon on Monday, TBD. (We will get back between 11 AM-noon.) 

TBD - Senior Appreciation Day

Mid to Late April -  Individual Senior Congratulatory Signs available for pick up in the main office. Free of charge.

Wednesday, TBD - Honor Society Banquet - 7:00 p.m.

Thursday, TBD - 1:00 p.m. - Academic Recognition Day: Our community is invited to celebrate the many honors and accomplishments earned and achieved over the years. Parents received invitations to attend if their children are receiving awards. 

Friday, April 24 - Prom

Thursday, May 1 - As part of honoring your upcoming graduation and its significant milestone in your life, the counseling department will be celebrating the Class of 2025 during One Lunch.  Seniors will also be invited to wear a shirt representing their choice for post high school plans!

May 4-15 - AP Exams

May 11-12- Finals

Friday, May 15 - Graduation Rehearsal: 10:30 a.m. HFCHS Gym

Sunday, May 17 - Baccalaureate Mass and Graduation: Slattery Athletics and Convocation Center (HFCHS Gym). It will begin at 10 a.m.  Graduates should arrive by 9:30 a.m. and meet in the lower level near locker rooms. The ceremony will be live-streamed on our Vimeo channel. It will be archived on the Vimeo channel for viewing after the ceremony.

Sunday, May 17 - Senior Class Party  at Holy Family. More info to follow.

Senior Portrait Yearbook Submissions

Deadlines and Formats

  • The firm deadline for submitting senior portraits is December 1. Please plan to prepare you and your photographer for this due date. Portraits received after this date may not be published in the yearbook.
  • Plan ahead; pictures should be taken by early September to give your photographer time to prepare your photo for the yearbook.  Students may choose their own photographer to shoot their senior portrait for the yearbook. 

PHOTOGRAPHER DIRECTIONS

  • JPEG file format is preferred
  • Photo quality needs to be 300 DPI or higher for actual image size  (A high-resolution photo is needed for printing purposes)
  • Portrait should be a vertical head-and-shoulder shot (no lower than the waist).  Horizontal photos will NOT be accepted.
  • Simple, neutral backgrounds look best in the yearbook.
  • File size NOT to exceed 50 MB. Very important!

SUBMISSION DIRECTIONS

Online submission process:

Click on link https://photos.jostens.com/TU6D8E.  Follow the prompts.

The senior portraits section of the yearbook will include a senior portrait with the student's name.

  • Add contact information first.  This is the person submitting the portrait and typically a parent or photographer.
  • Enter verification code sent to your email address.
  • Share photo to PORTRAITS.
  • Review guidelines and click on OK, GOT IT.
  • Choose image to be uploaded.
  • Next, you will tag photo with student's first name, last name and grade 12.  IMPORTANT: Double check spelling of student’s full name.  
  • You will receive a confirmation email from Jostens when portrait submission completed.  

Senior quotes are also due on December 1. Make sure the quote meets appropriate quote guidelines.

Graduation Banner Reservations

Holy Family is happy to lend graduation banners at no charge to families for grad parties. If you'd like to use a banner for a graduation party, please complete the form below.  

You will immediately receive a confirmation email of your reservation and a reminder email the week of your reservation. Thank you for showing your Holy Family pride!!

  • Banners must be reserved in advance using the form below.
  • Due to summer office hours, we ask that they be picked up by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday and returned by noon on Monday.
  • The banners are 6' wide and 3' tall and  have grommet holes every 24" but do not come with string for hanging.
  • Please return the banner in the original tube with end caps.

Please contact the communications office via email if you are hosting outside of weekend hours and would like to borrow a banner.
