Tarek Morey Selected to Lead Fire Softball
We are excited to announce that Coach Tarek Morey has been selected as Holy Family Catholic High School's new head varsity softball coach! Coach Morey brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and enthusiasm for the sport, making him a tremendous asset to our softball program.
Coach Morey joins us from Osseo High School, where he served as Head Varsity Softball Coach for the past three years. During his time there, he achieved notable success, increasing program participation from 36 to 54 athletes and developing a comprehensive training program that included specialized speed and strength instructors, team-building spring break trips, and collaboration with a sports psychologist to support athlete mental health. His leadership fostered a strong team culture, with initiatives like dome and summer ball teams providing athletes with year-round training and competition opportunities.
