Transportation Options

District 112 Residents - District-Provided Busing

If your family resides in District 112-Eastern Carver County, the district provides busing before and after school.  You must fill out this registration form yearly.  The district shares the stop information in late August.

Non-District 112 Residents - Contracted Busing for the Next School Year

Our contracted buses currently serve Prior Lake, Savage, Shakopee, Eden Prairie and Minnetonka. 

Contracted bus fees are now billed seasonally to align with the sports seasons: Fall, Winter, Spring. One-way and round-trip options are available. Cost is as follows.

Morning and Immediately After School Round Trip

  • AM/PM = $500/season
  • AM/PM =  $250/ season for second child

Morning or Immediately After School One-Way Trip

  • AM or PM = $350/season
  • AM or PM = $175/ season for second child 

No refunds are given once the season starts, even if your transportation plans change.

Considerations when planning the route:

  • Central location of the MOST riders
  • Safety of the stop, including accessibility, snow removal, and turn-around capability
  • The least amount of stops to keep routes manageable. Driveway pick-ups are rare and only used when the route and accessibility allow it, as they do increase route time.
