Fall to Spring - Fire Family Visits
Fire Family Visits are small group, on-campus information sessions with personalized tours led by our student ambassadors. This is a great opportunity for families in middle school to learn more about Holy Family.
Fire Family Visits will begin in the fall. Families are invited to contact our admissions team to schedule private family tours during the spring and summer months.
Now Open - Submit an Inquiry and Apply For Admissions
Submitting an inquiry form connects you with our Holy Family enrollment management system. From there, you will be able to track your admission progress and see upcoming events and deadlines.
An admissions team member will reach out to you to answer any questions you may have, help you plan your visit to campus, and share information on the next steps in the enrollment process, including your log-in information.
October 2025 Variable Tuition Rate Application Opens for Following Year
Requests for a variable tuition rate through our financial aid program should be made to HFCHS using TADS online service immediately after applying for admission. After completing an application for admission, the link for TADS will be available on your checklist. The TADS application must be completed and returned directly to the service with the appropriate documentation and application fee. We recommend families apply as early as possible for a variable tuition rate.
December 19, 2025 - Early Application Deadline
After completing a family information form, you will receive log-in instructions to complete the admissions application in your Blackbaud account. Families are encouraged to submit their admissions application by December 19 to reserve a spot in the incoming class. Early applicants have the opportunity to receive the best variable tuition awards.
January 19-26, 2026 - Reading Placement Test
February 9, 2026 - Class Registration Night
Advice will be offered regarding class selection, getting involved at HF, and students will register for their ninth-grade classes through their Blackbaud account. Blackbaud limits registration access to those who have completed tuition agreements and their $500 tuition deposit to move forward with course registration. Students may continue to register for classes throughout the school year and summer months; however, elective options may fill and be unavailable.
Mid May and Early June 2026 - Math Placement Test Dates
July 2026- Fire30 Summerpalooza
Late June / Early July - Uniforms
August 10, 2026 - New Parent Night
August 11-13, 2026 - FIRE Academy
Attendance at our three-day FIRE Academy orientation is mandatory for all incoming ninth-grade students. The FIRE Academy is held on Tuesday through Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to noon. These times will not interfere with sports practices. Transportation is not available on these dates.
More information will come closer to FIRE Academy, which will give specific information about what students need each day.
Parents are invited to join us on campus for an Incoming Family Picnic at noon on the final day of FIRE Academy.
August 2026 - Summer Study Skills Course
Redshaw Educational offers a study skills course to Holy Family students in early August. This class will include note-taking for lectures and textbook reading, test-taking strategies, chunking information to store long-term (finals) information, and organizational strategies.
Two sessions are available: 9:00 to 10:15 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The cost is $100 per student, paid directly to Redshaw Educational. Redshaw Educational is run by one of Holy Family's former learning specialists, Meg Redshaw.
