Tuition & Affordability
At Holy Family, we are committed to making a Catholic high school education accessible to as many students and families as possible.
Let's make this work.
Are you interested in a college preparatory Catholic education but concerned that cost may be a barrier? We have great news! Our mission is to make a Holy Family Catholic High School education available to as many families possible.
Tuition for the 2024-25 School Year is $18,425. Holy Family maintains its investment in robust and varied extra-curricular programs. To support this dimension of student life, the activity fee for next year will be $800. The fee does not guarantee selection or level of participation in any given activity. Student trips and some sports, such as hockey, trap, and golf, will incur other fees.
We are proud to offer Variable Tuition to support our students and their families. This means that Holy Family Catholic High School tuition rates differ for each family depending on their financial position. Tuition at Holy Family is not "one-size fits all", but rather a range.
Variable Tuition is a tuition rate that is determined based on the unique financial circumstances of each family. Used by many private schools, colleges, and universities, this program allows families to apply for a tuition rate adjusted for their personal financial situation. If the full cost of tuition seems out of reach, we recommend families submit an application for a custom tuition rate.
Of the 40% of our families who take part in the Variable Tuition program, their custom tuition commitments fall within the following ranges. Applications for variable tuition open for submission in early December.

No family at our school pays the full $21,615 per student cost-to-educate. Each student’s tuition is underwritten through the generosity of those who support our fundraising efforts.

Variable Tuition Application and Merit Scholarship Application
Families interested in receiving a variable tuition rate must submit a Variable Tuition Application through their Blackbaud account, the same account used to apply for admission. You will find a link to the application in your checklist under the tab “Admissions Progress.”
Short-Term Emergency Tuition Assistance
Short Term Emergency Tuition Assistance may be available to enrolled families who cannot meet their tuition obligation due to the financial impact of significant and unforeseen circumstances such as a death in the family, a sudden major illness, or loss of reliable income. The program is designed to help students remain at Holy Family without interruption when unanticipated financial hardships jeopardize their high school education completion. Short-term emergency tuition assistance may come in the form of tuition payment plan adjustments (i.e. payment deferrals or extensions) or grants intended to serve as a stop-gap to offer assistance for temporary needs.
If your family finds yourself in this situation, we can help. Please contact our Director of Finance Erin Hesse for more information on applying for short-term emergency assistance.
