Freshman Class Placement Tests

Placement Tests for prospective ninth graders will be administered at 8:00 am. This is not an entrance exam; it is a testing that allows Holy Family to place students in a course level where they can experience success. For students with an enrollment application on file there is no charge. All other students will be charged a $25 fee for the Placement Exam, and students should plan on arriving by 7:50 am. Students do not need calculators for this exam. Pre-registration is preferred but not required. Click HERE to pre-register.
Math Placement Test
Prior to the math placement test, Holy Family offers math review sessions. Math Review Dates and RSVP can be found here.
Students enrolling for the 2017-2018 school year math placement test date is June 3, 2017 at 9 a.m Check in begins at 8:45 a.m. Please pre-register for the math placement test by clicking here. If you are an incoming 9th grade student and registering for any course above Algebra 1 (such as Geometry, Honors Geometry, or Honors Algebra II), then you must take a mathematics placement test. In order to take the placement test, you must either be a current student or have a completed application for enrollment on file.
World Language Placement Tests
If you are an incoming 9th grader and registering for any course above the first level of a foreign language, then you must take a world language placement test. Language tests may be scheduled in the late spring through the school office at (952) 443-4659. In order to take the placement test, you must either be a current student or have a completed application for enrollment on file.
