Athlete Requirements

If a student/athlete is going to participate in a sport, both a parent and the student are required to attend the sport’s preseason meeting for that specific sport. At the preseason meeting, the coaches of each sport will inform the athletes of the time and place of the first practice. The coaches will also inform the athletes of any special equipment they may need. Coaches will share their goals, expectations, and philosophies as well as answer any questions you may have.

All sports registration is online and open. Click on the button BELOW to be directed to the registration site. Directions are on the website for your initial login. Remember to change your password once you log in as a first time visitor to this site. Please log in and follow the steps to register your student for athletics. You may register the entire year at this time or add additional sports as your student makes additional choices throughout the year.

Physicals are uploaded directly to the Holy Family Sports Registration site accessed by clicking the button below. The site will ask you to upload the physical before registering, and will alert you if your child’s physical is expired. Parents may wish to obtain both a paper and an electronic copy of the physical for our records and yours. Uploading a scanned copy is also permissible.

Physicals are valid for three years, and we encourage all incoming 9th-grade students to get a current physical. Physical forms can be downloaded from the registration site. Once you are successfully logged into your student’s account, you will be able to determine if the physical is still valid or needs renewal. This account does not replace your MySchool account for Holy Family academic purposes.
